Why Subscribe

We have completed surveys to countless properties, where simple or unexpected issues, can cause incredible expense and concern to home owners. For example, cracking which progresses without notice, poor heating appliance installations causing safety issues, a roof covering that requires replacement and the expense was unexpected. 

We want to help you protect the biggest investment you are likely to ever make, and avoid unexpected costs or damage that can happen when you are just not sure what to expect. 

To do this, we have created a subscription service to a Club.

At Level 1, On Track; we provide a help line for any questions you have about your property maintenance concerns, and help you protect your property by providing insurance reinstatement valuations at reduced cost. You will also receive a quarterly informative newsletter, and be notified of any service programmes being carried out in your area, therefore potentially benefiting from economies of scale for annual maintenance.

At Level 2, Plan and Protect for the future,  with a detailed inspection by a Chartered Building Surveyor, and the production of a 20 year Maintenance Management Plan (MMP) at reduced cost. We always recommend preventative maintenance, over potentially more expensive and unplanned reactive maintenance. This MMP provides a list of expected maintenance items, and cost estimates, so you can plan your future. We then provide subsequent notification to you, of any upcoming scheduled maintenance required to your specific property.

If you don't want to continue your subscription, don't worry, your membership renews each month, and you can unsubscribe at any time. But we welcome all feedback, and if you have an opinion, we want to hear it to continuously improve the Club for all Members.

What do I need for my reinstatement valuation?

A desktop reinstatement valuation will be carried out based on your completion of a form we will provide, and we will give you a call to discuss the details. This is a stress free and efficient service, and ensures your property is correctly valued for your insurance provider.

What other benefits are there to becoming a Club Member?

Once subscribed, you will recieve a free Starter Guide to help you know where to start focusing your attention regarding the maintenance of your house. It also provides useful tips on the documents to save and filing guidance.

Our quarterly newsletter will be informative, provide ideas, and give some technical insight into potential defects, and empowering you through knowledge sharing and community. 

How long does a Maintenance Management Plan (MMP) take to complete?

The survey will typically take one to two hours depending on the size and nature of the property. But some surveys can take longer to ensure a thorough inspection.
