Level 1 and Level 2 Subscribers

Your reinstatement valuation for your property insurance provider is a rebuilding cost which lets you know what value to insure your home for, in case of a major incident such as a fire. If your property is not correctly valued, the property insurance may not cover the full cost of damages should an incident occur. It will include items such as structure, fitted kitchens and wardrobes, outbuildings, demolition costs, and professional fees. You need to be a subscriber for three months to get the reduced fee, but if you would like to have this done earlier, get in touch to arrange a quote.

You are not getting a maintenance management plan completed yet, but have a general walk around your property to look for any obvious damage, and if you have any questions about any existing maintenance issues, use our helpline. To help as many subscribers as possible, we have limited this to 10 minutes per call for each subscriber every month, so have your question ready to go before you make the call. 

Level 2 Subscribers

Getting the maintenance management plan completed for your house, will be a game changer. It will give you a plan for the future, and you can budget accordingly. You need to be a subscriber for six months to get the reduced fee for the inspection and report, but if you would like to have this done earlier, do get in touch to arrange a quote.

When this plan is completed, we will notify you of the next scheduled maintenance items required to your property, and taking the stress out of not knowing what to do, and when to do it. 

We will also be your contact for any other professional services required for maintaining your property, and as a club member we will quote less than any Equivalent Competitor's quotation.
